FCASH General Meeting Tuesday, February 8

FCASH General Meeting, Tuesday February 8, 8:00am-10am, Arte Americas

Things are Looking Up! (Even bottom lines…)

Don’t miss this refreshing splash of optimism as guests Gay Fontana and Layla Forstedt, from the newly reconfigured Fresno Convention and Visitors Bureau, unveil their plans to help catapult Fresno and environs to much-deserved fame—and possibly fortune. Hear about all their new plans and dreams for this region, and learn how FCASH—and by extension all of us who are invested in arts, s...cience, and history—will be essential players in this re-visualized and revitalized future.

Bob Bullwinkel, of the Fresno County Office of Education, will offer our Member Profile this month, touching on the FCOE’s arts, science, and history education programs and emphasizing the March 4 Arts Education Summit, The Arts in School: Engage, Create, Transform.

Plan to arrive during the first half hour to enjoy coffee and lively networking opportunities, and remember to sign up for your minute in the sun of our Shameless Promotions. The formal meeting will begin at 8:30.

Karen Bosch Cobb, Board Chair
